Their Administration section needs to be more professional and committed. Inordinate Delays are being observed during refund or recovery of excess amount paid and for claims in spite of follow ups . For each and every small information or decision making they tell they have to contact manager.

Kishore is a thief. Once you pay money, you will never get back. I have asigned the task to recovery agency to recover the money paid to him by 80 year old Widow for service. He has cheated this Widow. Ruthless guy in wrong business.

We took service for my father and starting they sent good nurse and once they understood our need, they started charging more and in one month they changed 3 nurses
All the three were not skilled nurses.
They don't know hygiene,
The nurse who came to serve my father was a smoker and every hour he used to go out smoke and come.
Very very worst service.
Never ever option service from this people.

I am Vijaya, currently living in USA. I just contacted the agency for a domestic help for my aged mother. I would say the owner of this agency is someone who you can trust. She is extremely professional. Trust me I got her service just last month and you might think why I am writing this so soon. Believe me every one is different in their own way. I can’t vouch for the Akka who is working rite now at my home. I trust the process. Staff understands our needs and handling this accordingly. My aged mother feel so comfortable dealing with this agency. If you are reading my review then I know you are someone like me who needs this agency’s help. End of the day we need someone to take care of loved once’s as we do. When this agency have a trusted owner what else we need. If the maid got some flaws I have faith this agency owner will tk cr. I highly recommend this agency. 6 Month update I will do.

Raju and Namith and Basu are operating a fraudulent business where they come home with paper and get your signature and then take advance payment of 19000 rs making it seem like a legitimate business. They assure that if the arrangement doesn’t work they will refund your money in full. Then they will stop receiving your call from the very next day and go away with your money. Do not pay them and if you have been cheated too please message me
