Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Didn't sent the right person. She also left within 4 days because of illness. Company charged huge amt before service and till now Didn't return. Being frustrated.
