My Experience with Khosla Electronics Madhyamgram is very bad. One of their staff Sourav +91 98747 93670 is making fool to everyone. when we went there to buy a refrigerator(308 lit LG Company) He told us that the original GST bill will be given to me on the delivery day. Now They delivered me the refrigerator on 2nd June and giving me the bill of current date 9th June which is not acceptable by the LG company. They also told that if you face any issue with the product just call us we will solve the issue. Now in my refrigerator has dent issue and I told them the same on the installation day itself and they are telling they can't do anything. Neither they are helping me nor they are giving me the bill on my purchase date so that I am not able to claim replacement from LG company. Every day they are telling us that we are arranging the bill but they are not doing anything. They don't care in service they just want to sell the product. I will register a case against the manager.

This is cheat company. I have renewed my AMC , only one service is given in Jan'19. After that no one responding. Not only that there is no exact contact no to communicate. Request to everyone not to attach with this company.

I purchased a new double door refrigerator from this Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Ballygunge, Kolkata. Their response and service were excellent. I replace my old refrigerator and but a new one. The old refrigerator price was 1200 and I paid 23000. They installed it too. Overall I'm very happy to purchase here.
