I have asked for a 24 hr helping hand for new born, the center told me that they will provide me the helping hand on 1st of august but on the day, they stopped responding my phone call as well and provided a voice message that the helper will not be available. When my husband tried to talk, the center used slang language. Is this type of center are registered?
