"Water was not getting filtered in my Kent water purifier, so one technician came from Sai Enterprise , Jadavpur and checked it. But the problem was not resolved. Then we again contacted them, and they responded quickly. Another technician came and replaced three candles. Now it is working fine and totally I paid nearly Rs 3200 including the service charge. I am satisfied with their service."

I have taken an AMC from them for a period of 3 year. The tele calling executiives are extremely ignorant and inefficient towards the complaints and repeatedly failed in providing timely services. I have to call 15 to 20 times against one complaint bacause each time the allocated technician denies to come and I have to inform the service centre again and again. It takes unnecessary time of calling and the work is done after 3 - 4 days.
This has happened 2nd time in a row and I am fed up of them. I had registered my complaint yesterday and have called them (including their technicians) 11 times till today but they do not bother and still denied to send someone today.

I purchased a chimney from him he himself installed it rather installing by faber technician. The installation not done right. Plus now faber company is not giving me any guarantee warranty because that was not installed by company technician. This guy SAJAL HAZRA SHOPKEEPER IS A FRAUD. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM
