Greetings I'm surajit tarafdar have purchased a new swift dezire tour s model in gatidhara scheme from ballygunge Bhandari automobile pvt. Ltd. In this organization all personnels are very co-operative and cordial, specially mr.rajib who is a sales manager and his entire team member's are so kind enough to assist their clients as much as possible and one words simply waooooo. I wish they will keep their team spirit like this. Thanks to all Bhandari automobiles team members.

worst Hyundai dealer in Kolkata. opt for any other Hyundai dealer but not Saini. I have taken my car delivery almost three months back aling with accessories fitment. but till date they haven't refunded my excess 25000? that was paid to them. in addition to that they didn't give me the boot space shelf. when i questioned they told its not available for new Santro. but when i enquired from other dealers, i was informed new Santro do have a bootspace shelf. imagine the way they conduct their business.

The crooks at Bhandari sold me a new maruti in May 2017, in exchange they took over my old Tata Indica. It has been more than 1 year since they sold it to a criminal gangster. 8 Months after they sold the car, I was getting impatient and reached out to them about when they would complete the formalities of ownership transfer. That is when they started telling new stories everytime i reached to a new person in their office. The new stories keep happening even now, and Bhandari has not been even shared the phone number or address of the criminal, nor has they registered a complaint in police that the gangster took my car and is missing. These days, they don't even respond to me leaving me with the option of going to court and national human rights commission, which i will. If you do not have any work, or plan not to do any work for the rest of your life, and want to spend free time worrying about your papers for your car, then this is the best dealership which will keep you busy.

Extremly poor and ignoring sevice. Non responsive and harrazing behaviour by officials. Waste of time and money by maruti suzuki india to open and pay salary to staffs in name of customer service. Where no ACTUAL resolution to a customers problem is retrived.

Very bad. No commitment will give u used car. Badily used. There will be lot of problem in car Services very poor, thr service service center is very faaaar from city and once the car will return from the service center u will have the feeling to send back the car again
