Dear Fellow bikers, please beware, this yamaha aquad service centre is a cheat. They cheat people like anything. Yesterday just because I forgot my counterpart at home they were not giving me by bike even after spending 3200 rupees on servicing. They just add this and that to your bill and don't complete the work. They make a fool of people. The Manager is a nasty man who is ready to cheat you. Please go some other Service centre as they will loot you and unnecessary cause problem for small things like if you forget to bring the bill counterpart. They make you wait for an hour to release your bike in spite of sending email with attached smartcard and id card. They are Bas#@rds. Save your bike and money from these cheats.

I am purchased a fascino Scooty from Yamaha Aquad showroom on 16.5.2022.Today I visit the showroom for my scooty fast service with pre booked schedule at 9 am but i am reached on 10.30 am. After 45 minutes receptionist as well as service person told me my scooty engine Oil will be changed and for that I will be pay rupees 400 more or less in the meantime they entry my service record in my book and after that told me to come at 6.00 pm to received my scooty due to i am late reached on my schedule time or i will wate. seriously for change the engine oli they will take more than 6 hours. I told them i dont want any srevice form them and cancle my entry. After some time one person told me to wate at last 3.00 pm. Service center renovation work under process AC not working there wating room Limited seat full no others option to seat. I am requisting I will wate 2 hour to 2.30 hour but............. Because i am just only pay Rs.400 hundred they focus only that customers who will pay big a

very bad experience with bimala motors. i have purchase yahama R15s in month of July 2019, they are taking 4 to 5 month for registration. also very bad experience with the staff. my suggestion not to purchase any product from bimala motors kanchrapara.

Very poor customer service , bought bike on 1st DEC 2018 and even after lapse of 75 days registration was nat done , not received insurance or tax papers yet . Highly suggested not to buy any bike from that showroom . negative marking will be much better option for Osl tollygunge .

As I was searching New, Motor Cycle Dealers in Kolkata to purchase bike Finally got the service through the Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. Alipore, Kolkata. They have charged reasonable 67000 for the bike I purchased. Their service is good and I am satisfied with the service provider.
