We booked the service for AC installation. We are not at all satisfied with the service. It was not a neat, clean and proper installation. The value for money is nil. We paid for installation 1200/-, cleaning 400/-, gas filling 2900/- and AC tape 300/-, a total of 4800/-. Installation was quite shady, cleaning was not proper, cooling was not that good even after gas filling and AC taping was incomplete, 1/4th was not taped at all. Thouroughly dissatisfied with the service. No bill was provided for the same service.

Saravan is attentive to issues reported , responsible and prompt in responding the issues reported, I was running from pillar to post to get my inverter AC functional, saravanan came to rescue when I posted my requirement in sulekha. Thank you team sulekha and Saravanan for resolving our AC issue. I recommend contacting saravana if you encounter problem with AC.

Very costly infact, they charged Rs 1,200 for Rs 400 actual priced capacitor. They never provide the bill for the spare replaced either. Mr Saravanan is very rude in his aproach and not negotiable even to a reasonable degree. Beware of this person and his team. They literally loot from you!!!

Very good service provided by P. Saravanan A/C, Medavakkam. I asked to do service for my 1 and a half-ton Onida Split AC which is getting smoke and had a Gas issue. They sent 2 AC service engineers to my home and they are very much professional at AC service. They did service well and also did refill the Gas. So, now my AC is working fine without any issue.

Very prompt service. They arrived timely and finished the work efficiently. They also cleaned up the entire ac unit after the work was done. Quotations were also reasonable.
