the owner first told me that she will charge 10% on the maid salary one time then after supplying the maid said she needs 5000, when I told her that was not the agreement the owner called the maid and asked her to leave abruptly , extremely unprofessional service - be ware of the maid Janabai she and the owner both scheme forst the maid comes and then the owner asks for higher amt otherwise the maid is asked to leave immediately and in that way scam the patient family that is in need.

Please never use the services of this fraud company. They took 7500 cash from me on 15th Feb 2020. In 2 days I canceled the contract because I got a maid from someone else. Till date, I have not been told by when I will get my refund. They sent a person home to pick the cash but now when it is time for them to refund, they say it is in process and it will take time. They don't share any other details. They don't give the phone number of any decision maker and say that we cannot make any decision. Pathetic people to work with. Most dishonest and misleading. Please don't get fooled by their sweet talk and hollow commitments which are not documented.
