"My A/C went out at 9:45 at night so I immediately called A/C Solutions so that I could leave a message on their machine to schedule me in the morning. To my surprise there was no answering machine, but instead a real person from the company answered and walked me through my issues and booked my appointment (all of this after 10pm).
