My A/C went out at 9:45 at night so I immediately called A/C Solutions so that I could leave a message on their machine to schedule me in the morning. To my surprise there was no answering machine, but instead a real person from the company answered and walked me through my issues and booked my appointment (all of this after 10pm). The worker was out the next morning in the time frame that I was told and in short time had my A/C up and running. With a 2 yr old inside and the temp up to 87, I was very thankful for the prompt service. On a side note I have used A/C Solutions for all my A/C needs over the past 6 years, and I could not be happier with the service that they provide. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors who have also used them with the same wonderful results. A+++++ In our book."

We have been doing business with shahid at A/C Solutions for over 15 years. We have found him to be honest, cordial and trustworthy and his quality of service and timeliness have consistently been excellent. Shahid inspects the problem, explains what he finds and provides cost effective options that don’t necessarily mean a replacement. On(Sunday morning) we noticed that the house wasn’t cool. We unsuccessfully tried a few things ourselves and ended up calling A/C Solutions in the late afternoon. Shahid was out promptly Monday morning and after considering the options he provided, we chose to replace our old unit. Shahid made the arrangements to have the unit delivered the next morning and he was out bright and early – 5:30 am – to begin the installation prep work. All went very well and we have a brand new, less costly than we expected, Trane unit that we are very happy with. "We had the most exceptional service experience recently with an emergency AC need. In the middle of the night our AC failed to cool. We shut the unit off and survived with fans and ice packs till morning. As soon as day break occurred I gave a call to AC Solutions and they immediately scheduled me as the next appointment on a Sunday morning! I breathed a sigh of relief! The scheduler gave me a 2-hour window of when Shahid the technician and owner, would arrive but not before he called 20 minutes ahead. Forty minutes later I received a phone call that Shahid was on his way. Shahid was prompt, professional and efficient in his instant diagnosis of our problem. He had parts on his truck ready to get our air conditioner cooling again quickly. He was so personable and easy going in his approach to the problem and in speaking with us. There was no upselling and absolutely no shady tactics.

One of my AC units was not functioning on a 110+ afternoon. Made a call to A/C Solutions and had David at my front door in about an hour. I just needed a repair and not a whole unit which was good news. Shahid also checked the other AC unit and made sure both units were working properly. I would highly recommend Shahid and his team to anyone in need of AC services
