Good Service!! Took LG home theatre repair service from Capital Appliance, Salt Lake City. A service person came and took it to the service center. There was some circuit problem and he repaired it. he charged Rs 2100 for the service. I am satisfied with the service.
Great service and everything explained when finished.home theatre was having a problem, so I approached this Capital Appliance, Salt Lake City.900 was paid as the service charge. He answered all my questioned and tuned both systems to our liking. Love the work he did and the quality of the equipment. The service was courteous, efficient and explained how to use the system. Overall I got a satisfactory service.
Satisfied with their response. I got from Capital Appliance, Salt Lake City. There was some issue with my Home theatre. So, I have contacted them. They came and said about that issue. They quoted me a high price for the repair charge. So, I have refused to take the service. I paid visited charge 120. Overall, their response was good.
Such a very good response received from “Capital Appliance’’ My Philips Home theater having some audio issue while we connect with TV, So I contacted this vendor, they responded me very well, immediately they send me a technician to home, Their service visit charges also very reasonable 120 rupees, Technician inspect my home theater and found there is a spare has to be replace so he took my Home theater to their service center. Spare cost would be 2800 and he gave me assurance once you satisfied with service done then you may pay. Very nice service center.
Repaired my Samsung Home theatre repair & service from this service center, The person came and checked the Audio or video issue. So I paid 2800 for that service, after servicing the audio issue was not clear I called them again but no proper response to my call. Had a bad experience, Overall I got a poor service.
I got the Awful responses and services through this center Capital appliance, I got my Home theatre repair & service from here, The service vendor came and attend the issue on my F&D brand Home theatre, They informed me complete this issue within four days, But they didn't complete the work yet, Before my Home theatre got Not switching on issue, I tried lot of times, His number is Switched off, I didn't get proper responses from here, I have paid 100 for his visiting charge, After they informed me overall 1500 for that issue, Totally I have paid 1600, But the issue was not clear yet, And they didn't give me my Home theatre yet, So this is a Awful Service......
Contacted this service center regarding my Home theatre repair & service.It was not working properly.the technician came and visited my home and I am not satisfied with the service & response what I got from this service center, because he opened the Home theatre roughly seen.then he said it cant be repair If service has done also It waste.I paid him 200 for the service.so overall for this reason I felt Its I am not satisfied with the service.
I have given my 7 month old homethreater for serviceing on 9/8/17 and today is 20/11/17 and now also they haven't given my hometheater and when i m trying to contact them they are tell i will check and inform u but nor they are call and when i m trying to contact them now there phn is switch off
