Third class quality of furniture. Third class owner. Third class staff. Big scammers. They quote you something else and when furniture is ready they demand something else with high price purposely. Very unprofessional. The cupboard was quoted 2.7 lakh and demanded 3.21 L when ready. Very unfair and upon they raise their voices and make big drama. No manners. Pls do not go to the shop. Shop owner is worst with third grade and third class staff. The furniture is made with absolutely worst quality. Drawers are not fix properly. The whole furniture is with sharp edge. Need to polish the edges. Easy to cut skins had lot of wounds to fingers. No service, no call pick up. Just big talks and zero quality.

Very poor quality of office chairs and the worst part is they never attend the complaint even the product is in warranty period. Very frustrating after sales service. Totally unprofessional behavior.

Despite being a regular customer for last 3 years, I have had a terrible bad experience this time with Wood Plaza. Not sure if management becomes more greedy or they tend to forget how to talk respectfully to their customers, their professionalism & service has been degraded by larger extent. Extremely horrible experience. That changed their delivery date more than 5 times. Staffs disconnect the call in the middle to avoid.
