Third class quality of furniture. Third class owner. Third class staff. Big scammers. They quote you something else and when furniture is ready they demand something else with high price purposely. Very unprofessional. The cupboard was quoted 2.7 lakh and demanded 3.21 L when ready. Very unfair and upon they raise their voices and make big drama. No manners. Pls do not go to the shop. Shop owner is worst with third grade and third class staff. The furniture is made with absolutely worst quality. Drawers are not fix properly. The whole furniture is with sharp edge. Need to polish the edges. Easy to cut skins had lot of wounds to fingers. No service, no call pick up. Just big talks and zero quality.

The worst service ever... As mentioned by someone in another platform I wish i had negative ratings option... Staff ais real rude.... Plus a bad payment option.... Please don't go for it... Can't trust them... They keep Changing their words... And will not keep u updated on payment terms..will use polished words to say.. just be careful... They PROVIDE DELIVERY ONLY IF YOU MAKE FULL PAYMENT.. who does this in today's world... They are a cheat.. BE VERY CAREFUL... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE.. do read review and save yourself and your money... I did a mistake and didn't read review.. so this is to help you guys... Please be careful...

please do not but anything fro. this furniture and interior store they are cheaters and fraudsters. we got a sofa made from them in breaking we called for a repair from some other interior agent and what we found was a sofa made full of cardboard from inside. i do nt want to give amy rating. please be cautious.

Dissapointed - Cheated . We were referred by my daughters best friends mom , and with a lot of expectations we approached kidz decor to give our daughter her dream princess bedroom . The images shared and the owners salesmanship sounded very professional as if they are experts and know their job , but the outcome was pathetic . We were insisted to make the full payment of 1.30 Lakhs in advance to start work post the inspection was done which we werent comfortable but obliged , on the day of fitting and setting up the room especially the cartoon prints the guys did the work hastily and just left giving the complete finishing touches . Within a week all the prints started rolling and chipping off , we felt we wasted our money , On informing this to the owner he said due to lockdown he cannot send the labour now and would send later . Now after a lot of follow ups he sends the labourer with a different shade of pink and asks us to understand . SHAME on you .. Local furniture guy is bettr

They are completely unreliable.For 3 months, they have failed to make delivery despite promising every day. They are bunch of liars.

They are frauds. Never received the product for which I paid advance. Made multiple calls, always some or the other excuses. They were very promising during my visit to their showroom, they insisted on fifty percent advance. Once they got the money, they dont lift calls leaves the customer clueless about the order. After all this behaviour I decided not to pay remaining fifty percent amount to get cheated further even if they call for product delivery which it seems not happening in near future. And even if their conscience wakes up someday and they decide to deliver the product, still I decided that I cant pay rest of the amount to receive the product as I am sure with all such rude behaviour received till now from them, I am sure of the quality of the product , so dont want to pay any further a paisa to get cheated further. As far as the amount already paid to them, let them keep it as begggars never return money. They way they earn is simply this. Fooling people , making money.
