Worst Customer Service. Better to avoid this shop, I have bought and paid advance for Kitchen Chimney, it is not mentioned separately in the bill and they are not dare to show CCTV footage and disrespectul behaviour, really hurt by the service. Beware Buyers

Went on Friday to purchase a TV and was told that the TV would be delivered the next day. Then there was no update for 3 days. We had to chase for 2 days after that over the phone and the TV was finally delivered (on Day 4 after 8 pm). Despite the bill stated that the delivery fee has already been paid (Rs. 200), Arun from the Adyar branch asked us to pay the driver Mahendran Rs. 150 when we tried to clarify on call. We were also charged Rs.400 for a dinner set which we didn't ask for. Salesman Gokul just gave it to us after the payment stating it was a gift for Diwali. We had no idea because we received the bill after. Bottom line: Very unprofessional, money minded and would never recommend Vasanth & Co to anyone.

After sales no proper response from the store.. Not received the product delivery on time.. Tv not installed even after 3 days but while buying they promised on very next day.. Twice i ran to store for these issues.. Still the problem not rectified.. Should prefered Reliance Digital instead of this

Good response from 'Baghyaa Home Appliances, Triplicane' I called them to purchase a new TV. When I called them for purchase VU 43 inch TV, it was available there. They deliver the TV to my home immediately and gave a year's warranty on it. The installation was done properly with the authorized VU Brand without any extra charge. The cost of the TV is also reasonable. I am satisfied with them by buying the TV from here.
