VERY BAD AND WORST SERVICE FROM ACMAL, IN WASHING MACHINE DEPARTMENT , AFTER PURCHASING THE PRODUCT HE IS VERY VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER, THE WAY HE TALK TO CUSTOMER AND THE WAY HE APPROACH TO THE CUSTOMER IS NOT GOOD. I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO ADVICE TO HIM HOW TO HANDLE THE DIFFERENT TYPE OF CUSTOMER . AND ASK HIM TO LEARN THE MANNERS.

I wish I can go below 1 star. Worst customer service. They speak in sweet words until you make the payment and they delay in delivery. They promised to exchange our old washing machine. After 2 months and after 1000 follow-ups, they have collected the washing with no payment. No more Sharptronics, let it be any branch.
