Purchase the Voltas 183V MY 1.5 Ton Split AC in this Shop for their response and service was very nice and they have quoted the AC Cost also it's reasonable amount only so I'm happy and satisfied for buy the AC in this Center

We purchase a fridge in Jan 2016 and the fridge suddenly stopped cooling in mid march. There is one year warranty and insurance which is only for name sake...We are chasing LG guys for the last 1 week but there is very very poor service no response nothing. Esp Tambaram Chennai Branch...people are useless...for this is what LG brand is? Customers are paying money their own hard money to get what a bull shit service and a highly low class electronic items. 3 weeks before same happend for LG AC...we chased AC guys too for 1 month...but we didnt get service and dey closed our case without solving our issue and informing us. Highly frustrated, disappointed with LG products....Pathetic Service...pathetic customer relationship service...dey dont know how to talk to customers...STOP THIS BRAND if you cant give SERVICE. Purchased a new AC (1.5 ton capacity) from this shop, brand belongs to LG. I paid Rs 34,650 for the product. They provided one year warranty for indoor unit and five year for outdoor unit. I am happy with my purchase as it has latest features.
