They are fraud . They won't repair your tv and charge you 1500. Beware of them they are fraud service centre I gave my 32 inch led . They took it with them and then didn't repair it and charged 1500 for carrying only and didn't refund money.

They are fraud . They will charged you 1500 to 2000 only for carrying your items and then didn't refund anything and say your items cannot be repaired Please lodge a complain to samsung service centre and try to avoid them

Very bad experience, they are keeping my TV for more than 18 days, after doing many calls and requesting them that I want my TV back, they are not listening to my request. Still keeping with them. taken Rs 1350, doing nothing and not returning my TV and money. Very unprofessional behavior. Dont go with them. They are fraud.

Bahot charge leta Hai ye log double se bhi jyda pls ?? koi service na karaye yaha usse achcha kisi shop pe jake kara le aur ye log ka behavior bhi sahi nhi hain customer k saath Mera tv ka jitna price nhi tha utna to charge bataya ye log ????

Horrible service. They spoil TV rather than repairing. They were supposed to change the motherboard but immediately post servicing lines started appearing on screen. They took no responsibility inspite of promising 6 months warranty. They even didn't return the exchanged part. Its a fraudulent group with incompetent technicians. Behavior too is very rough. Beware of this service centre.

Hopeless service bit excellent in excuses ! It's one month they have taken my SONY TV. My CCC no is 778739. They have taken 900/- and billed Rs. 5,400 on 20-07-2021. After repeated failure of deliver timeline, I asked them to return my TV back in pervious condition. They agreed over phone but didn't return it back. Wondering what should I do now ... filing a case in consumer forum or complain police for fraud case... any suggestion ???
