"Good service provided by Spire Facility Services at Marathahalli, Contacted them for my 1BHK apartment cleaning service. They have given me a prompt response. Three people came to do the service. For deep cleaning, they cleaned floor, balcony, toilet, kitchen etc, they completed the work on time. They charged Rs.2500 for the service and Rs.200 given to them as a tips. Overall I'm satisfied with the work done."

Got a quote of 4k for 2BHK deep Cleaning. I added narrow balcony for cleaning. They asked 2k for this narrow passage cleaning. Before i finalized this people for cleaning they offered 2 types of bilking. With or without gst. I opted for without gst at 4k for my 2BHK. When i told then that 2k rate is too high for narrow passage cleaning. They agreed for 5k on total and pushed me to pay 900 for get. Total 5.9k including gst. When asked for bill the person said i will get it on whatsapp. It's been week and no update on whatsapp or no call regarding bill. Even on cleaning front this people complaint house was too dirty and asked for tips for the labours. Before getting shortlisted for the work person kept on calling like 6-8 times and once work is over now no response on the Bill. Service totally poor, Charges too high, misleading quotes. These people are not professionals. Don't opt for these people and get cheated like they did to me. I can't give full review due to limitation in text.

Before their visit I had clearly asked them for a quotation and they told that first they will inspect free of cost and then give quotation.
When he came home he inspected the drain and said that there was no problem and demanded 1000 rupees as visiting charge.
He started shouting at my wife and being very rude. Shegot scared and gave them 200 rupees when they have not done anything.
I dont know if problem is there or not but the blockage keeps happening but they did not do anything and took money as well.
Can be a scam .
