I have bought one 1.5 ton 5star Voltas AC from them. Though they have tried hard to push sell the Llyod Ac, I sticked to Voltas. After that, the response from that particular sales girl (Archita) have become very rude every time we querried about. There was abnormal delay in delivery and installation of the ac. (They have assured the product delivery within 3 days, but actually delivered on 5th day after purchase).Though initially it was promised that AC installation will be done on the same day of delivery, they don?t, after repeated requests Ac installed after 7days. Their phone nos of shop mentioned in bill also not working. The moment you have done the payment(I have done full payment, thats my big mistake), you will have to run to them for delivery and installation as if they are mercying you. So beware, don't purchase from them as their after sales service is very bad.

Owner has taken advance money, when he couls not deliver the material, he asked for higher amount and order was cancelled. Refund was executed but rs2800/- is still pending more than 12 months passed, he has now stopped receiving my calls.
