I have asked them to send caretaker for my wife who is bedridden and require complete help for everything for 7 days. They have send me 1st one who doesn't know sponging and emptying the urine bag. We need 2 days to teach her how to do things and on 3rd day this agency sent her to somewhere else where she was working earlier. They replaced her with new one who doesn't know even a bit of patient care. She stayed here for a day and then she called the agency person and she left the work as she doesn't want to work or change the diaper. After giving no service they took all money of 3 days. Very unprofessional agency. Me and my mom have to take care alone of her for the whole day as this agency did not provide replacement. Don't go for this. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! FRAUD!
