Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

This is a fraud company. They provided us with a maid and took brokerage for the full year. Their maid left job in 2 months and the agency person didn’t provide any replacement despite multiple follow ups. He doesn’t even pick phone.
