Velankkani to Trichy I Booked JAYA DROP TAXI on 03/09/23 for 08/09/23 from Velankkani to Trichy Junction, and paid advance to Mr. IYAPPAN. He said your booking is confirmed and you will get the vehicle and driver details by 07/09/23 evening.. I waited till 9.00pm on 07/9/23 and gave a call to him, he did not bothered to answer the call... and again next day morning I tried reaching him, he said I am looking for the cab , if available I will give you the details... else you can look for another cab. at the end I have to book another cab and paid him double the charge to reach Trichy junction. Please do not book any Cab from JAYA DROP TAXI MR .IYAPPAN

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The driver on the vandalur-pallavaram-guindy route is the rudest person i have ever seen. He has scolded me several times over the past 4 months for coming just like 1 or 2 mins late. I don't know what kind of a relationship he has with another girl on the same route. He always waits for her patiently if she is late in the evening and even though my office comes before her's he would go and drop her only 1st. This would take up 20 mins of my time everyday. Even after complaining he hasn't changed. The owner of this service is spineless. He has never taken any action. He hasn't cared for any such complaints. He only calls when it is time for the payment. Worst service ever!! The driver doesn't properly wear his mask too, coughs and sneezes !! I have stopped using their service. I would advice you not take this up if you don't want to be stressed out.

Awesome experience traveling in cm travels.it was efficient and worth of cost.car was very clean and sanitized before and after the travel.driver followed all traffic rules with all safety measures.travel was gentle.most importantly the pick up and drop was on time as estimated.worth traveling.
