Highly Unprofessional service!!! We had booked an AC ambulance and the personnel were highly unprofessional in their approach. They didn't care about the patient nor did they bother to see if the patient was uncomfortable. All they cared was about the money. They mishandled the patient because of which the patient was in dire pain and even after all that their manager had the audacity to give me lecture on how their personnel is highly trained and experienced. Bonus: He gave slurs.

To admit my father in the hospital took this ambulance service. The ambulance service was not proper since the persons were not cooperative and behavior was not good with us and the charges were decent. Encountered a bad experience here.

To visit the hospital of our ailing family member availed this ambulance service. The ambulance service was prompt and helpful they reached our house immediately and took the patient on the stretcher and reached the hospital safely. The charges are normal.

Ambulance service was taken from this agency. The staff and doctors are very kind and humble, they take care of the patient till the last minute i.e. until the patient gets admitted/ receives adequate medical help, I am really thankful to them. They are bringing a massive change in healthcare industry. They charged RS 2700 for the service
