"Great service and immediate response I have received from Chill Tech Refrigeration, Shenoy Nagar. I contacted them for my Godrej Refrigerator had some problem. The technician came on time and repaired the Refrigerator properly. They changed some spare parts with my Refrigerator. He charged me 1850 for this spare parts replacing cost and 300 for labor charge. Totally I paid 2150 for that service. After servicing my Refrigerator was working good. Overall, I am satisfied with their service and response ."

I called Power Cooling systems on 17th July 2018 for A/c servicing based on Sulekha ratings. Servicemen came and repaired claiming to have welded something besides filling up gas. I paid Rs.4100 via Receipt No. 1715. I was told I have a 3 months guarantee period. A/c stopped functioning again in about a week and by 25th of July servicemen came and repaired it free of cost. A/c stopped functioning again in about a month by 22nd August. Servicemen came, got it repaired, filled up gas again and charged me Rs.1500/- even though it was well within the guarantee period. If these servicemen have to visit me 3 times in 40 days, I feel either they are not well qualified to service or they have monetary considerations in mind. I am totally disappointed with their services. I feel relying on Surekha rating alone may not be enough - Muthiah Ramanathan

One LG ac unit has to be uninstalled from one place and it should be installed in another place, for this requirement , I am in need of service provider ,so I contacted this center .he came and did the work, but he stated that gas was leaked and it has to be refilled which was done before 2 months only.so 4700 was paid on the whole for all the service where I feel the charge to be very high .so it was an average service

The power cooling systems charged Rs.2500 for gas leakage in Split AC.But the leakage was not arrested and also they refused to refund my money.Very unprofessional attitude and unethical job done by them.They are cheating the customer unashamedly.BeWare of these cheaters .

Contacted these service center for my split Ac for repairing purpose, the technician has come and done the complete service in a good manner and he did an good service. When I called him he responded me quickly & gave me on time service also. Charged me 2600 where there was a problem in the sensor motherboard. I am satisfied with their service provided to me.
