My recent visit to Pushpanjali Medical Center left me deeply disappointed with the level of service provided. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that there were significant issues with hygiene protocols and staff professionalism. One of the most concerning observations was the lack of glove changing by lab assistants and doctors between patients. This not only compromises the health and safety of patients but also violates basic medical standards. It's alarming to see such negligence, especially in a medical facility where infection control should be a top priority. Moreover, the behavior of the reception staff was extremely disheartening. Instead of providing assistance and support to patients, they seemed indifferent and even displayed behavior that could be construed as harassment. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, especially when seeking medical care. Overall, my experience at Pushpanj

Behaviour of staff are worst. Claims charges for doctor review check up also. They don't provide bills also for doctor fees payment.

Never give prior information for the delay either in diagnostic or reg OPD. Horrible experience. Even don't forward the booking information to the concerned branch for which opted not the website gives the contact number of individual branch seperately so that patient can contact them and know the exact time of appointment and arrive accordingly.

I have visited the Diagnostic Centre on 08.10.23 for ECG & ECO Test for my mother aged 85 years. Though the time for ECO was scheduled at 7-30 P.M., the doctor Dr. Basabendra Chowdhury came at 8.35 P.M. and test completed at 9.30 P.M. No consideration for earlier tesr for an aged woman who can not move without wheel- chair and who could not sit for such a long period. We were told to go serially when asked for a earlier test. Non-professional, rude, low mentality staff. Please avoid that Diagnostic Centre for old aged persons.

I booked to diagnosis for 21 Tests costing ?19230/- on 23/04/2021 and they Failed to provide a report of "INTERLEUKIN- 6" and after 2 months assured to refund the costed money of Rs.3000/-. I am very sorry to say that they want to neglect to refund and now saying that there is no chance to refund after closing the financial year. I clearly say that they have fraud with me for a small amount of ?3000/- only. Very shameful matter for this type of big organization.

To the management Welkin Medicare today I am gonna say only one thing don't make people say wrong about your service because of person like Miss Sulekha Pramanik who works as ur nursing staff ....whose behaviour doesn't only hurt people's sentiment but also make people think should I come to this place again or not...so be aware of such staffs......

Very bad treatment given to my patient. Dr.Bhaskar Ghosh just copied the prescription of another doctor who was treating my patient earlier.Took a lot money for the tests but it was of no help. A very greedy and a bad doctor.Don't go to him to treat your patient else you'll have to regret later
