I had hired a baby sitter through this agency and the baby sitter provided initially was not fit to do the job. She just absconded claiming lame reasons and the replacement was provided after multiple follow ups and the second also left the job all of a sudden. Post this, no replacement was provided and there is no response at all. She is not reachable and did not come back or respond since Aug. There is no support even for two months and this is really disappointing service from a consultancy who should provide one year support. Don't rely on this consultancy. Waste of money and time. It makes the situation even more bad

I am a working women who is working from home. Hired a househelp via Sangeetha wonderful agency. I was fine with the maid initially with salary 15 K. The same amount paid toSangeetha agency too. Initial days miad was perfectly okay, unless she frequently compare with previous job on salary basis ,claiming she used to get 30-35 for the same service which was not happy for us. Our max is only 15 K for the house help. Later days maid will be always on mobile phones started executing work very slowly very absent mindedly. I had called Sangeetha agency to inform but we have not got any positive answer. N one day all of sudden maid stopped coming after getting salary as on 30th of month and from that day phone is switched off and unable to connect to Sangeetha too. Instead Sangeetha sends a whatsapp msg, as sangeetha father passed away .Anyhow ,days passed away we have no response from both of them. We have lost our money with agency who is not even responsible for initial 6 months

Excellent service. I recently searched for a maid and contacted many people but supreme man power is best. What a service what a speed in arranging all things. Very professional and very responsible. I have already had few maids through some agency They come in person to drop the maid to our house and explain all the details including covid test which is really needed for this situation before we ask them.
