Very poor service got from this Repair Maniac Ballygunge, Kolkata. I committed for the indoor and outdoor service. The technician came and done the indoor service only. The service was not good. I told them to replaced a Godrej brand pipe but they changed the Hitachi brand. I paid 580 for the service. Overall, I am dissatisfied with their service.

I am not satisfied with "Repair Maniac at Ballygunge in Kolkata city". I contacted them for Split AC repair, which is the Godrej brand. I got an issue of water leakage problem in my AC, they came for the doorstep service and my AC brand is Godrej, have to replace the pipe in my AC but they proceed with the brand of Hitachi pipe I asked them not to fix the other brand of the pipe but they told that its not available and not listen to my words. Even they don't check the outdoor part of my AC. Still, the water leakage problem is not resolved. They have charged Rs 400 for the service and Rs 180 for the pipe. But no proper service from them and they should not replace with another brand also.
