I would have given 0 stars if the same was possible. They have 0 responsibility and stop picking calls as soon as payment is done. Recently while shifting from Ranchi to Jamshedpur, they broke the pillar of my apartment gate. At that time, they promised to repair it. Now, it has been a week, they answer calls only to make up stories about repairing themselves but have not even visited once. They also made a fake commitment of reimbursing the repair work and now don't even pickup the call after they were asked for mere 50% of the total repairing cost.
Packing quality is also extremely poor, they don't even bring bubble wrap along with them for packing fragile items. They bring thin cardboard sheets in the name of packing materiald and depend on you to provide cloth items for packaging purposes. Both the Ranchi and Jamshedpur offices are equally unresponsive and may answer your call after atleast making 8-10 calls. Finally, would request everyone to avoid these packers at all costs.
