Fraud!!! Do you people real??? Or you just keep somebody's money harass them blackmail them and keep their stuffs?? Overall Experience: Worst Recommendation: Don't go for SpeedEx We booked SpeedEx Home Packers and Movers to shift our house hold items from Patiala to Jammu. A person "Satbir" from SpeedEx made a call to us and begged to make this booking only from him. His contact number is 8104065920. He made almost 100 calls requesting the same, and we accepted at last. A very next day a truck from SpeedEx came and they took our packed house hold items. They promised us that the truck will reach Jammu in 24 hours. Next day when we were in Jammu, we waited for almost 1 and a half day and started calling the same person. He started ignoring our calls and whenever he lifts, he talk for few seconds and just disconnects the call saying that the truck will reach soon. This is a big fraud & cheat company who does not give correct information to customers & charge the double the amount once goods is handed over to them. By saying need to pay for packing, loading & unloading charges, Insurance and GST. They issue bill in name of Aggarwal home shift packers and movers but take money in name of Speedex Packers and Movers bank account in ICICI bank saying it as a sister concern & demand total amount to be paid upfront else goods will not be delivered & thrown in the roads. They harres the person to such an extend that you are bound to pay the full amount but even then the goods is not delivered on time. When call to enquire about the status of goods they disconnect the call & don't give right information. Be careful of this Transport service especially with Ramesh / Satbir Chauhan / Deepak all these are fraud people. These people should be put behind bars & GST fraud should be investigated against them.
Fraud criminals .loaded my stuff from panchkula which was never delivered.never ever use their service.
NEVER EVER USE THEM. They damaged our new TV in Shifting and not even supporting now I am filing a consumer court complain to them for the damages and such poor service.
Chor sabhi yeh...bilkul bakwas service hai..deal karne ke time kuch or bolte hai or baad mai kuch aur..tameej bhi nahi hai isko baat karne ki...maine abi kuch din pehle saman shift karna tha to maine isse baat ki dealing time bola ki 1 din mai aapka saman pack karke hum destination tak pahucha denge par saman pahucha 7 din baad or wo bhi sara tod diya. Fraud hai yeh sabhi..iske chakkar mai na aaye sabhi se request hai.
Hope sulekha have the given the facility to give them Negative rating. Worst class company, never ever use their services for any movement. They will damage, delay tell lies etc etc. You will get fed-up following with them.
