Pathetic service. Damaged my wardrobe, washing machine, bed etc. Also, many of the items are missing. Disgusting owner.
DONT USE THEM! I have only ever moved internationally but this time had to move from Bangalore to Mumbai and used their services thinking they would be professional given their international experience despite having many other lower offers with great reviews. Alas the less number of reviews should have told me something. The experience before the move was good with Sagar, the owner sweet talking you into how everything is great, visiting the place but as soon as the move started it went all downhill. Below are the places where everything that was assured eventually was false and they completely screwed me over. - Initial quote of 30k and charged me 40K at end. - Packing to take 4 to 5 hours..took 12! - Was told stuff would reach me in 3 days..reached in 7 days! - Unprofessional packed cartons...opened up and lot of my stuff missing. Couldnt even claim insurance eventhough I got comprehensive at extra price and they stopped responding! I pretty much lost 30K by going with this company

This is really pathetic. My package has not yet been delivered which was picked up 20th October. Now there is no response from the vendor or Sulekha. What is the security criteria then? Why should we trust this app or the vendors
