BCC Packer and mover is a group of fraudsters. I used their service for transporting my 2 wheeler from Bangalore to Coimbatore (home pickup and home delivery), and the experience was pathetic. Following are the issues:
1. Asking excess charges than agreed: Originally they had charged Rs. 2,800/- and I had agreed. But after picking up the two wheeler, after two days they sent a GST invoice for Rs. 5,064/- and argued that the Rs.2,800 was just the transportation charges. But clearly they mentioned earlier that the total cost is Rs.2,800/-.
2. Denial of Door Delivery: The service agreed upon was home pickup and home delivery, but they refused home delivery. After waiting for more than 1 week, finally I travelled 25 km from home and picked up the two wheeler
3. Late delivery: They had committed for one day delivery, but didn't delivery even after 10 days. They picked up the two wheeler from Bangalore house on 12/10/2021, and finally I picked up the two wheeler from Coimbatore godown
