Spoke very nicely in the beginning, but turned into rowdies once they entered my home. Horrible experience. Stole a full box of my clothes and jewellery. Forcibly made to pay for empty carton boxes even though price was fixed in the beginning with the boxes. Fraudulently collected GST which has so far not been remitted. Pathetic service provided by DSR logistics Packers and Movers, I had shifted my household items from Vivek Nagar Bangalore to Kolkata, they charged 35000 rupees for the service which was not worthy for their work, they shifted my household on 4th May and took more than 15 days for shifting, they have broken many of my household items like sofa, table, chairs, Kitchen items and computer table was broken into 18 pieces and also many of my household items and clothes are still missing and even they are asking extra amount, I am very much dis-satisfied with their services and I would never recommend this worst service to others.
