Worst ever in terms of Quality of product and Post Delivery Service. The attitude of Owner and Manager stoops to record lows. Firstly they don't keep up with their time of delivery. They delay it by more than 2 weeks. Next, their product quality is horrible. We purchased a sofa (3 seater + 1 seater + diwan). The Foam wore off within 3 weeks. We could hardly use it now. When called and asked, there is no response either from manager and owner. They purposefully delay post delivery services and ask us to adjust with the defective product. I have written a detailed review in Google and JustDial. Could not accommodate here as there is a 1000 character limit. Please check that for more info.

I bought a recliner for Rs.22,000. They had delivered a DAMAGED piece. Looks like it was already TORN at the right arm and they had touched it up and the stitching has come out but they applied POLISH on it so that we DON'T NOTICE the damage at the time of delivery. I had messaged them regarding this the NEXT DAY but they didn't respond. When I called them today I told them that I wanted a replacement for which they RUDELY said that they did not give a damaged piece. If u want good quality product and VALUE your HARD EARNED money, DO NOT purchase from JFA.

Quality of work in the initial phase is swift and reasonably good. The rate they quote in the beginning and later once they get a feeling that they will get the job order will be different. Be tactful in negotiating and fixing the deal, else, you may end up paying few hundred rupees more. They claim to offer guarantee for 5 years but doubtful. Unless you check thoroughly about their workmanship before they leave your home, you will be asked to pay for every subsequent visit.

Bought new dinning table and water bed from this dealer. The cost of the product was Rs.57000. They delivered it to my door steps.product condition was really good and woring awesome. Their response was impressive and I am fulfilled with their service.
