Quality of work in the initial phase is swift and reasonably good. The rate they quote in the beginning and later once they get a feeling that they will get the job order will be different. Be tactful in negotiating and fixing the deal, else, you may end up paying few hundred rupees more. They claim to offer guarantee for 5 years but doubtful. Unless you check thoroughly about their workmanship before they leave your home, you will be asked to pay for every subsequent visit.
