I am utterly disgusted and let down by the experience I've had with this supposed "packer and mover." After multiple confirmations from their end, including a definite assurance that they would arrive at 10 AM to handle our move – a time I specifically coordinated with other services like an AC technician – they simply didn't bother to show up. No call, no message, just a complete no-show.
When I reached out to understand what was happening and expressed my frustration at their unprofessionalism and lack of any online presence (which now makes perfect sense), their responses were dismissive and evasive. They tried to deflect blame and act as if no concrete commitment was ever made, despite clear prior agreements.
It's painfully obvious that this is a fraudulent setup. This person operates with what seems to be a fake profile, clearly has no actual staff or resources, and couldn't even arrange for anyone desp
