Very worst service after selling products. waste of money for purchasing any product as no good service and very irresponsible service agents. Problem: I have already raised one service request on 18th Oct'21 for one Chair which was broken during usage. But your service agent does not care about any resolution. Some days ago I got a call from one of service agent (833695744) and she told me that `` the part which was taken away by their field-service guy, has been misplaced?. Such kind of responsibility is not expected from any service points. Till now I am waiting for resolution/conclusion. Every time the service agent was giving a false commitment for any infinite next day's loop.

They tried to sell defective product in hurry.When we chased and asked to return our money ,their staff started misbehaving.At last we got return our money back but would never go in future.Please always buy products from jk (Baguiati) with thorough checking otherwise your money will be gone.

Really fraud company...don't go there...they will promise many things but once purchase done, they will just unlisted you from their customer list...they will treat you as a slave...really fake fake fake company...they are also using paid reviewers to get good reviews so that they can easily cheat your hard earned money...so please don't go there....go to any kinds of reputed company like godrej furniture...
