Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
I booked through them for transportation of goods from kolkata to Darjeeling. This guy named Mukesh is clear scammer and lies through his teeth. He said I wil receive my stuff between 5-10 days and kept pestering me for booking through him as his rates were cheaper and genuine. But don't fall for this clear scam as he will never deliver your goods and delay it indefinately. He will never pick up your calls and wheneve he picks up he will lie that your goods will be delivered the next day. So stay away from this company if you want your mental peace. Caution for any new person booking through them, this company has still not delivered my goods after 1 month 6 days. So stay safe. I have called him million times and he has picked only 3-4 times my call
