My suggestion where Apollo movers and packers could improve could be 1. allowing for the payment through credit cards. 2. providing closed containers for shipment. 3. providing online tracking facility. First of all very soft spoken and polite person for Customer interactions. Packaging of the goods was top notch. They used foam sheets for cupboards and bed. Glass items packed into bubble sheet. I was really worried about my LED TV because that was the most expensive item I had but they did job very nicely. My cupboards were very heavy and big which was not fitting into the lift. But 3 people carried it downstairs from 4th floor. Obviously they took little extra for that but it was worth for the efforts they took. The truck driver was slow and steady on the road so that the glass items won't wobble. Overall happy with the service they provided.
