One of the worst Cargo facilities I have ever encountered. Some of the points that displayed unpleasant customer behavior are- 1. Agreed and settled amount fares were drastically different. After rounds of negotiations, the settlement was in their favor one handedly. 2. Quality of transportation was pathetic. They simply piled up the goods inside cheap sacks and handed it over at the destination spot. 3. some of the goods such as lunch box, soft toys, clothes, etc also get torn as a result of bad handling. 4. Highly unprofessional behavior in terms of negotiations of money and bargaining. They were using foul practices while the goods were on the way. Kindly beware of this facility!!

they stole many valuable items from my goods like expensive pens by breaking the almirah lock, very expensive wooden articles, lawn tennis and badminton racquets, DJ console of my son... they also threaten about them being the muscleman from congress one Rahul ...ithey also threatened that if we dont give extra money they demand .. they will dump the goods... I am filing a police case against Rahul , Tejpal and Vikas Soni of this company and will make sure these highway robbers are arrested and sent to prison. I am sure theirs is this racket who steal money from the transport. today there is news that a transporter ran away with a car of an army officer.

I got A& D cargo contact details through sulekha.com. My experience with A & D cargo in Mumbai was very bad. There representative visited my house and told me that the shipment will cost INR 4000 and took all my things to his Andheri office with advance payment then he called me from his office and told your shipment will cost INR 6000 and if you don't provide us extra money we will not take shipment from Andheri to the destination. After lot of arguments these people delivered my shipment but now asking for extra money. The way these people treat their customers is pathetic and I will not recommend A&D cargo service to anyone.

I have shifted my bike through this travel agency and they have charged Rs.3000. There was no damages to my bike and they delivered it delayed by two days. They didn't send by proper vehicle, so it was not up to my mark.
