Worst Ever experience, beware friends they are the biggest cheat in the market. My Ritz car was booked from Mumbai to Varanasi on 04th February 2021 amd scheduled delivery on 10th Feb 2021. On enquiry they informed that they have issue with their transport vehicle and same will be delivered with about 2 days delay. Then on 14th after my repeated calls they told me that my car has broken down while shifting to anoy transport vehicle. They told me to collect my vehicle from Fathehpur about 250 Kms from Varanasi. Finally they towed the vehicle and delivered to me at Varanasi on 16th February 2020. They consumed all my Petrol ( almost 20 ltrs.) and DIAL showed travel distance of 200 kms from initial reading. They drove my vehicle without my knowledge and consent and damaged engine of my car. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
