Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

So they stole my mobile phones and some other goods. I treated them with utmost respect and have them tea food and what not. I told them to unpack but they couldn't due to no entry of trucks but they had the time to find my mobile phones in cartons and take it with them. Since they were old phones for which I do not have accurate data . If I had then I would have lodged a complaint with the police. When I called to claim insurance etc. There was no response and instead the person said that the accused driver is a trolley owner and wouldn't do such a thing. Pls think before booking them.
