Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Fradualant the customer service person talking un professional and they charged 500 for advance. That person said everyone is coming 10 min 10 min but I'm waiting for 12 pm to 3 pm no one is coming. I trusted to pay the advance. But that guy told I'm talking for you 1 hr. So how to repay the amount. But. They did not providing single service. Only talking phone and take commitments. I'm very disappointed this packers and movers. Please don't call this person's. They are providing service only his speech not work. Even that person still said the truck is coming. Finally he said we are paying for sulekha to providing your number. So we are paying Sulekha. I cannot repay the amount.
