Fraud.. Never ever book any luggage from them, i repeat never. Its a fraud company, they will never ever deliver your goods instead ask for more money. I have booked 50 days back and still i am not able to get it. The owner doesn?t even have face to respond to customers. Pathetic company, pathetic service

I have taken the service from prem movers for household to transport to Nagpur from Mumbai....they delayed the deliver so much & also broke my dining table, dressing table, cupboard, glass things, suitcase etc. Very pathetic service & also they are not ready to pay for my broken items... If you ask for money they will nai dunga jo karna hai karle ...& abuse you so badly that you never try to call them back. Dont go with this pathetic fellows
