They send shoddy people doing shoddy packing. In videos you see people coming in uniforms packing professionally, but it?s far from that . I had to tell him to pack the crockery individually in newspaper and bubble wraps . They force you to do insurance but when I asked him that I want to claim insurance for the broken lights and the stuff lost. The guy Mr Rakesh flatly refused, saying glass is not covered. They are cheats .They just want to fool u to extract more money . In short , don?t hire these guys , they are not good or reliable.
