Extremely poor experience. Would certainly not recommend. I had to move my household goods from Jaipur to Goa. Even before hiring Sangwan Roadline I had intimated them that the flat in Goa is on 3rd floor and does not have a lift. They decided to charge a sum of over Rs 18,000 accordingly and assured me that the packages would be delivered directly to my flat latest by 10th January, 2019. Despite regular follow ups, the delivery did not turn up until 14th February, 2019. But when the delivery guy turned up, he told me that I will have to arrange bringing the goods from his vehicle to the flat on my own. Turns out Sangwan Roadline hires a courier service called VXpress to transport the goods outside Rajasthan at a sums as low as Rs 4,000. After some argument with Sangwan person over the phone, the courier guy hired a labourer to bring the stuff up but once the goods had been brought up, he ran away without paying him. Had to pay the poor labourer out of my own pocket.

I wish I could them - stars. They are complete losers and do not know how to do business. The owner of the company doesn't give a shit of what his employees are doing and how his company is running. I wanted my bike (Pulsar 150) to be moved from Jaipur to Noida. I handed over them my bike on Sunday (18 Nov) only because they promised to ship it there in 2 days. It was all bull shit as even after 3 days I had no clue where my bike was. I kept calling their so called employee Vedprakash (Contact No : 805542115 , 9261166166) and that Jack ass kept giving me false commitments. Everyday in morning he used to promise me that my bike will be given to me by evening but it never happened I threatened him of lodging a police complaint. He used to switch off his cell or never answered my phones. I tried calling the owner of the company (contact No 9251166166) but even that ass hole had no clue what this bugger Vedprakash was doing. we did not get my bike almost 3 day completed and company commitment, bike will deliver with in 24 Hrs. Also company person did not response properly. They did not confirm actually location of my Bike. i transport my bike Jaipur to Ahmadabad on 20 Oct2018. ONE ONE RESPONSIBLE in this company.

Last week i shift my bike from jaipur to banglore. They deliver it in just 3 days with ni breakage damage. In lowest cost. I am very happy Thanks team shiwani
