Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Horrible experience. CHEATERS. I live in a duplex house and was experiencing pest issues - rat, cockroach and mosquitoes and got in touch with Mr Raju Chaganlal Soni Bangalore, who boasted of being in the industry since 1993. Basically he sold the product very well and shockingly it was outsourced to a different company and not even their own. Whoever turned up made problems worse since more rodents showed up the next day. They charged us Rs.4500 for the entire outdoors (2400 sq ft) of the house and provided 4 Mortein Glue pads, which is available in the market for Rs.100-120.
