Satisfied service I got from this First Choice Refrigeration Works Moulali, Hyderabad. For my Symphony Air cooler repair & service's purpose, I contacted these people. The technician person came and done the service perfectly. They have changed me 300 for service charge & They replaced motor and water motor & fan also for that I paid 3500 so Overall I paid 3800 for service. Now my Air cooler was working good. Their service was good, but I felt their charges is a little bit higher any way I'm satisfied with their service.

I had approached First Choice Refrigeration Works, Moulali for repairing my Air Cooler. They have changed the motor in the Air Cooler and have charged me Rs. 3000. The cooler is working good now and I am ok with their service.

Great to share my experience with this service center, for my Symphony Air cooler repair & services. For a Not working issue. I approached First Choice Refrigeration Works, Moulali service center. They came and did the good work and they replaced the air cooler motor also. Now its working fine. I paid for the repair and replacement charge were overall 4000. Good service from them.

I have been informed about the fittings to bebreplaced before even checking the cooler and i dont know fittings are used or new there was no box for it

They are honest, prompt and thorough. They are also fair and work to keep you as a customer.they were very responsive and very polite.it was a problem with my air cooler, so I contacted and for resolving I paid around 1700. The technician had integrity and was the straightforward explaining problem. Would definitely use them again for any air cooler repair
