I purchase scooty strek in 2012 from kararia maninagar but company never call me or any reminder for my vehicle insurance. now they say we give one year insurance and your insurance is expired.i also complain in past for service reminder after that they have little improvement. but what to do now? my vehicle have major breakdown and company say your insurance is expired. i feel it is company's major mistake because they don't any call for my renew insurance past three years.
