3rd of july i made a booking of kolkata mumbai flight. Due to slow internet booking did not happen. But money(7764?) deducted from my bank account for the booking. After that i have informed make my trip help line. They assured me that within 12days i will get my money back. But one month over already i did not get my money back and i don't know when i m calling to help line they are disconnecting the line. I have send them mail also. There also they assured me that they will solve the problem, but after sending them several mails they are not answering me back. Is this make my trip a ford organization? They earn money like this.

Contacted this Air Travel agent for the Cancellation of My Air Ticket which I have booked from Kolkatta to Mumbai. The Ticket cost Rs 12000 for the Air Ticket. The service from this Air Travel agent is not satisfied as I am unable to cancel the Ticket.
